I founded The Middle with the mission of helping leaders unleash their team's superpowers.
I’m a co-founder of the sustainable startup BOAS, and previously led growth for one of the world’s largest FinTech unicorns SumUp.
Since 2011 I have been working for hyper-growth companies in industries such as Fintech, AdTech, and eCommerce.
Among a variety of domains, I managed teams in marketing, growth, product management, and business development.
My passion lies in solving organizational challenges and working with young leaders.
