  • The Mentoring for Leaders program is intended for senior individual contributors, as well as those who are in the first few years of leading teams. Team leads, heads, and even directors can benefit from our mentoring.

  • This is a paid mentoring program with a minimum of 4 recurring sessions, to increase the ability of sustainable improvement.
